…and then it hits me. Marketing is one of your biggest challenges. So let’s find some time-saving solutions.
It takes some effort, this marketing malarkey! I know it gets on your nerves but it’s like washing and cleaning your teeth – it’s best done every day!
There’s lots of things you can include in your marketing mix:
- Social media posts
- Blog on your website
- Facebook Adverts
- Images with text (memes)
- Testimonials
- FAQs
- Hints and tips
- Podcasts
- Videos
- E-books
- E-newsletters

Re-purpose your blog
A blog is a great way to elevate your status to expert. You have forgotten more than most of us will ever know about the body, what can go wrong with it and how to ease it back to health! A short blog is a great way to give advice, information and tips to your target audience.
Not only that, but a blog can be re-purposed too. Single paragraphs can be posted as short items on Facebook, single sentences can be posted too or added to an illustrative and impactful image.
Each blog can be re-posted again and again because most people won’t have seen it the first time. So it’s not a one hit wonder! My most popular blog has been posted hundreds of times and over 3,500 people have read it. And it still gets new comments too.
Schedule your social media posts
This can save you such a lot of time and at the same time ensure that you are maintaining a regular presence even while you treat!
If you don’t already use a scheduling tool, I recommend Buffer which is really straight-forward to use. It’s best to post on social media at least 3 times a day to have any chance of some of your audience seeing one of them. Always think about what time your Perfect Patients are online too. You can get a good idea by having a look at your Facebook ‘Insights’ tab. You might as well be posting items which have the best possible chance of reaching your audience. Facebook only show your business page posts to a limited number of your fans.
Keep a marketing book
I advise my Clients to do this. On days like today when no inspiration seems forthcoming but my blog MUST be written, I reach for my marketing book and have a look at the list and choose a blog topic which I feel inspired to write about. My best advice would be to batch write some blogs and schedule them to publish at regular intervals. That would save you time whilst still keeping your marketing message strong and consistent.
Thank goodness that I was inspired before my self-imposed deadline this morning…
