It’s not only Valentine’s Day but also the Old Boy’s 60th Birthday! So this is going to be short and sweet.
This is a day where we commonly share the lurve! We look at our partner or our kids or our friends and our family and we feel happy and lucky to be sharing time with them.
We think about and relish the great times we share. We revel in their uniqueness and the happiness they bring to our own lives.

There are more people in your community who are suffering and in pain. There are thousands more who don’t know that you could help them.
So even if you are fully booked and busy today, please take the time out to share some meaningful and powerful messages on your social media. Verbalise your passion for their well-being, give them some tips and advice and above all give them hope that you may be able to reduce their pain and ease their discomfort.
