The most interesting aspect of this software is that it is actually free! The only costs to you are around 10p per SMS reminder or email sent out.
All notes are kept together on the patient’s account and all activity including pre-scheduled texts are shown. I have been through the system and booked an appointment and it was really easy. What you say on your website and marketing materials and how you say it will determine whether or not a new Patient will pick up the phone and book. It’s critical that your words talk directly to your ‘ideal customer’ or Perfect Patients as I call them.
