Re-energise Your Patient List
This is the most important asset in your Osteobiz, yet often the most ignored and undervalued! Your previous Patients need to be continually nurtured and looked after.
Why?
Well just because they love you and appreciate what you did for their back pain, it doesn’t mean that they know you could also help their daughter’s uncomfortable pregnancy or their father’s heel pain. And I think that’s a massively missed opportunity!
Even a quarterly newsletter can impart some useful information. Apart from that, it will remind them that you treat pain. You will certainly enjoy a flurry of extra bookings from people who have been putting up with pain but who had forgotten you may be able to help. (I have even done that myself!)
Post On Social Media Every Day
Did you know that most people will not actually visit your Facebook or Twitter page? Generally speaking, most people will just monitor or flick through their news feeds whilst they are stuck on a train or waiting at the school gates.
Therefore you need to be posting on your social media platforms at least once a day to stand a chance of being noticed amongst all that online melee!

Take A Trip Up Your Local High Street
When was the last time you visited your local small business and asked them how they were getting on? Do they know you exist? Do they know what you do? Do they know how you could help them or their customers?
Why not strike out an hour in your diary this week and introduce yourself to your neighbours in business? They might be really glad that you did!
